I have really been waiting to post until I had something intelligent to say.

We should've known that wasn't gonna happen.

Good news though, I bring something better than intelligence. I bring amusement.

I fell down the stairs yesterday. I'm ok, thankfully it wasn't head over feet.... just hitting every step with my tail bone, followed by the wood floor AT THE BOTTOM. Where I STOPPED. And the carpet on the stairs did a fantastic job of rubbing off several layers of skin on both arms from elbow to wrist. It looks like someone streaked fire engine red lipstick down my forearms.

Oh I feel for you. I banged my coccyx so bad recently that I could hardly sit down without being in agony.

That once happened to me, too. Except that the stairs where made of stone. No carpet, whatsoever to make them soft. Yeah. I couldn't really sit for the next couple of days... :-S Really hurt like a bitch.

If it's any consolation, I fell through a bed this weekend. Got stuck too. And then I totally dropped a scotch glass on my foot a while ago. Alas, it was not filled with Johnny Walker but orange juice. Hmm...

I have no falling down stories. At least, not recent ones? And the non-recent ones are things I don't want to think about :D So here's me, offering sympathy instead!

When we were little, my brother and I would slide down our home's stairs on our bums in the same exact way you fell. Although we did that for fun while you clearly didn't.

Aw man, I remember when sliding down stairs was fun! Rug burns and bruises are so much more fun as a kid.

Yeah, if you microwave it then the JAM gets hot, and that would just be gross. The only time jam should be hot is if it's in a cake.

Unfortunately I wasn't up to anything dirty. *sigh* My bed is like older than me and it's constantly falling apart. So, one day whilst in the middle of spring cleaning, I decided to plop on the bed and totally fell through. I ended up being wedged between gigantic piles of books and wood and then I couldn't get out. And all the while I was stuck, I was laughing my ass off so it was kinda hard for me to get out. But alas, now my butt hurts like hell. ~~Ohmygod. I sound like badly written gay porn.~~
