Pilates is HARD.

But are you talking about floor pilates or machine pilates? (I've never done the latter)
It is hard to get going though, especially when you're new to it. Getting all the specific muscles that you're supposed to be working, identified and stuff. Tis very awesome though :)

Floor pilates. I don't know, but I think I assumed it was like yoga? Haha. Boy was I wrong. I can definitely feel like.. every muscle aching in my body now, so I think I'll stick with it. ;)
